Four things, and they are the same four things every time.
Write it. Match it. Send and publish it. See what happened. Everything below exists today — where something is limited, this page says so.
01 — Write
An editor by your side
The AI coach reads your draft and suggests what would make the story stronger — a clearer angle, the number that is missing, the quote that would land. It rates the story's news value, and helps you raise it: what it hands you is a sentence you can use or ignore, and it never rewrites your text behind your back.
What it gives back is publishable prose. No "here are three options for your consideration", no notes about what it did — the text it proposes is text you could paste into a release as it stands.
02 — Match
Every match shows its why
Subject, audience and region are weighed separately rather than blended into one number, so you can see what put each journalist on the list — and take them off it. A regional story that would reach the whole country is a choice you make, not a default you inherit.
Why sending it to everyone is the expensive option
A journalist who gets three releases that have nothing to do with their subject learns to filter out the sender — and that filter stays on for the fourth one, the one that was relevant. Reach bought that way is spent once.
Bulk sending from your own domain has a second cost: mail systems judge a sending domain by how its mail is received, and a domain that sends widely to people who did not want it is a domain whose invoices and password resets start landing in spam.
03 — Send and publish
The release has an address of its own
Publishing is part of sending, not a separate product. Every release gets a page in your press room, with the images and files a journalist needs to write from it, and the press room carries a feed anyone can follow.
The press room is included in every plan and lives on our domain. Running it on your own domain is part of the top plan — see pricing.
04 — See what happened
What we can tell you, and what we do not collect
Delivery is always accounted for: what was sent, what arrived, what bounced, and which addresses have asked not to hear from you again.
Whether a journalist opened the mail is a different question, and measuring it is off unless you turn it on — for your account and again for the individual sendout. Two deliberate switches, both off to begin with, because tracking someone who never asked to be tracked should be a decision somebody made rather than a default nobody saw.
