Terms of use

1. These terms

These terms apply when you use services from Politek AB (org.nr 556869-0423), Box 11032, 100 61 Stockholm (we, us), for example when you follow a press room or use the services on behalf of a company (customer). Where a customer has an agreement with us, the agreement takes precedence over these terms, and the data processing agreement takes precedence over both in matters of personal data. How we process personal data is set out in our privacy policy.

2. The services

The services are provided as is. We may change, restrict or discontinue them. We may use anonymised and aggregated data from the services, also after an agreement has ended.

3. Accounts

The information you give us must be accurate. Logins are personal and may not be shared. Access to the services may not be resold or made available to anyone else without our consent.

4. The customer's responsibility

The customer is responsible for the content it adds to and sends through the services: that it has the right to use texts, images and contact details, that the content does not break the law, and that no sensitive personal data is added. For personal data in the customer's content and sendouts, the customer is the controller and we are the processor under the data processing agreement. The customer grants us the right to use the customer's content to provide, develop and market the services.

The customer may not send in someone else's name without authority or circumvent recipients' unsubscriptions, pauses or declines. Personal data that the customer accesses in the services, for example about journalists and followers, may only be used for the customer's use of the services, also after the agreement has ended.

Fees and what they include are set out in the price list. We may limit use that substantially exceeds normal use of the subscription.

5. Misuse

We may, with immediate effect and without prior notice, stop sendouts, restrict access or close an account if, in our assessment, the services are used in breach of these terms or the law, if it is needed for security reasons, or if fees have not been paid on time. Fees are not refunded when we take such action.

6. Changes

We may change these terms. Material changes are announced in advance in an appropriate way. Continued use after a change has taken effect means that you accept it. Last updated: 2026-09-27.

7. Law and disputes

Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by the general courts, with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
